How to clean the clearomizer

If your clearomizer starts to perform less, in most cases cleaning it will expand its life expectancy. If you want to try a different flavour, Smoke Cheaper highly recommends you to clean your clearomizer in order to get the maximum flavour experience. It is very easy if you know what to do, we will explain which steps you need to carry out to clean your clearomizer!

Clean your clearomizer.

The first step is to separate all the different components in the clearomizer and wash them under warm water. Please make sure that you do not lose the silicon ring. Clean the components in a sieve will resolve this problem. After you washed the components kindly dry them with a piece of kitchen roll.  Make sure that you do not change the position of the small ropes (flavour wicks) while cleaning or drying the clearomizer. In most cases cleaning the components with warm water is enough, however if your clearomizer is very dirty or performs way below what it should be you can dry burn the clearomizer. The dry burning process will be explained in the next paragraph.

Dry burn process.

After you cleaned all components of the clearomizer you can perform the dry burn process, please follow every step carefully to achieve the maximum result!

  1. The first step you take is that you screw the coil head back on the battery.
  2. The second step is to make sure that you remove the silicon ring at the bottom of the ribbed metal bar.
  3. The third step is that you remove the ribbed metal bar.
  4. The fourth step is to remove, very carefully, the flavour wicks (the small ropes which lay on top of the coi)l with a pair of tweezers. Please make sure that you do not lose or separate the flavour wicks.
  5. The final step is to perform the dry burn process, make sure that you can see the spiral clearly! You switch the battery on for 3 seconds and you switch it of for 3 seconds. Keep on repeating this process until you can see the spiral turn into a nice red color and there hardly is any vapor visible.

Once you achieved this you can re-assemble the coil head and use it again!
